IT Service Desk Support Specialist

At Zenzero, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our team. As a Service Desk Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Work on assigned tickets, utilizing various tools and systems to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Record work and time accurately, utilizing tooling to increase accuracy and timeliness of time entries.
- Communicate with clients via appropriate channels, ensuring professional and high-quality written and verbal communication.
- Ensure adherence to performance targets, including KPIs and SLAs.
- Build strong relationships within the Service Desk team, other teams within Managed Services, and the wider organization.
- Collaborate with Team Managers, Team Leaders, and Account Managers to ensure positive outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate technical capability relevant to the role, via a Zenzero technical assessment or recognized vendor certification.
- Hold a Pluralsight Foundation role at Average or above.
- Hold a Foundation level Microsoft certification or equivalent.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
