Service Desk Support Specialist

Zenzero is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Managed Services Department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Work closely with the Lifecycle Coordinator(s) and Service Desk Manager to ensure efficient ticket resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all interactions meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes for our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and best practices to maintain a high level of technical capability.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong technical skills relevant to the role, as evidenced by a Zenzero technical assessment or recognized vendor certification(s).
- Hold a Foundation level Microsoft certification or equivalent.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
