About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Events Assistants to join our team in St David's Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with customers, managing events, and being part of a dynamic retail environment.

About You

  • A strong sales background is essential for this role, along with knowledge of best practice in retail standards and customer service.
  • You will be able to work under your own initiative as well as in a team, possessing strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with clienteling, community-building activities, and events is also highly valued.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in visual merchandising and display, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Fluency in English is required, and previous experience in retail environments is highly desirable.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career development and growth within the company.
