Head Chef Opportunity at Aramark UK

Aramark UK is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join their team at Alton Towers. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for managing a large kitchen and leading a team of chefs and assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of food products in line with the daily menu.
  • Maintain food quality and integrity, adhering to Aramark brand standards.
  • Oversee stock flow and rotation of product within the unit.
  • Lead the team to use best practice food production techniques and ensure complete compliance with food safety and health and safety legislation.

Requirements:

  • Experience operating at a Head Chef level, preferably in contract catering or hotel background.
  • Financially astute focus and previous experience managing and leading a team.
  • Passion for people and food.
