Global Management Lecturer Opportunity

GBS Global Applied Knowledge is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lecturer in Global Management to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Global Management and a passion for teaching.

We are committed to academic excellence and innovative teaching methods. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering lectures, facilitating discussions, and guiding students through complex business theories and practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess student work, ensuring all learning outcomes are met.
  • Develop, update, and improve course materials as appropriate.
  • Manage and lead modules/units.
  • Keep up to date with subject-specific and pedagogic innovations.
  • Contribute to the decision-making process and develop productive working relationships within the team.

Requirements:

  • An honours degree in a relevant subject area and a Master's degree or equivalent.
  • A Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous lecturing experience for similar courses.
  • Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback.
  • Experience teaching in the wider subject area.
  • Experience with distance learning and supporting learners both online and face to face.
