Our approach is to listen and engage with clients to anticipate regulatory issues and work in partnership to deliver successful projects.

Job Opportunity

We're currently seeking a motivated Senior Building Control Surveyor to join our team in the South of England. The role is based in our Maidenhead office, but we operate a hybrid model, which means you'll typically work from home two days a week and spend three days in the office or on site.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Undertake plan checks submitted for Building Regulation approval.
  2. Conduct site visits, prepare site visit reports, and witness tests.
  3. Attend client and design team meetings to provide professional advice on building control work.
  4. Be familiar with and use our management systems, including complying with our Quality Management system.
  5. Operate in accordance with commercial requirements of projects (costs and programme).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need a MRICS, MCABE, or MCIOB qualification (or be working towards it). You'll also require experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop the business by introducing new clients and expanding the workload.
