Senior Manager for Business Intelligence

At Rathbones, we are seeking a Senior Manager for Business Intelligence to lead the development and delivery of insights for our B2B and B2C audiences.

This role will be responsible for understanding the specific insight needs of our B2B and B2C audiences and ensuring we have the appropriate research methods and service providers in place to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and wealth management, as well as experience in market research and insight design and delivery.

They will also be able to work effectively with various business units and functions, gathering research requirements and executing against research briefs to ensure engagement throughout each stage and resulting in usable insights.

The Senior Manager for Business Intelligence will be responsible for leading multiple projects and research initiatives across Rathbones, leveraging a range of insights to solve client problems and raise awareness of how research can be best integrated into proposition and service design.

Key skills and qualifications include a strong understanding of how research can be best integrated into proposition and service design, ensuring commercial viability, and a good knowledge of wealth management and investment industry commercial and regulatory frameworks.

The ideal candidate will also be analytically strong, able to identify and interpret data from multiple sources and make commercially sound recommendations.
