About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our Project & Programme Services team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our presence across the region, working closely with colleagues who value your skills and energy.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality project and programme management support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Support the leadership of a multi-disciplinary professional team, contributing to the development of project plans and strategies.
  • Assist with communications and relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Produce regular reports, including project programmes, risk registers, and other relevant documentation.
  • Implement effective communication tools and processes to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Contribute positively to the internal team, seeking opportunities to add value and improve processes.
  • Support the client relationship and service delivery on a commission or project basis, working closely with senior colleagues.
  • Assist with generating repeat business and developing new business opportunities, leveraging your technical project management knowledge and experience.
  • Deliver high-quality project support and outputs, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • A positive and innovative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical project management knowledge, demonstrating experience and aptitude in project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • An understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation relevant to the business within the UK construction industry.
  • A commitment to ongoing personal development, including chartership with a relevant professional body.
