Job Title: Development Project Manager

CyDen Ltd is seeking a skilled Development Project Manager to join our research and development department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising projects to meet our development department objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute projects to meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and successful project implementation.
  • Track project progress, set deadlines, and identify potential risks.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and senior executives.
  • Actively seek opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience in new product development projects within a regulated industry.
  • Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical/science engineering subject.
  • Experience overseeing multi-function teams and successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of development lifecycle models, including Agile and traditional.
  • Ability to motivate teams and maintain momentum during peak output periods.
