- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and successful project implementation.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Track project progress, set deadlines, and identify potential risks, taking responsibility for completing project work in line with the plan.
- Resource Management: Monitor and optimize resource allocation and manage dependencies across projects for efficient execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships, including cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and senior executives, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience: Possess experience in new product development projects within a regulated industry.
- Education: Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other equivalent technical/science engineer subject.
- Skills: Solid understanding of development lifecycle models, both Agile and traditional, with the ability to blend them to deliver highly regulated medical devices.
- Leadership: Experience motivating teams and maintaining momentum during peak output periods.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Project Management Qualification: Hold a Project Management qualification.
- Industry Experience: Experience with injection molding and tool management, change control management, and launching products in CE and/or medical territories.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
