About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Advisor to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide expert guidance and support to our managers and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a regional expert, providing comprehensive HR advice and support on employee relations and management processes.
  • Support the delivery of our People's Plan, promoting best practice in compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely casework administration, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Provide Learning and Development support, including training sessions and data insights analysis.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of employee relations processes.
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR advisory role, with CIPD membership or qualification (Level 5) an advantage.
  • Empathetic and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience of analysing and manipulating large datasets.
  • Proven experience of producing written reports, business cases, and complex letters.
