HR Advisor Role

Office Angels is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the HR function and contribute to various HR and transformation projects. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation's human resources operations run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR-related support and guidance to employees and management
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to HR initiatives and projects led by the team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with a HR role
  • CIPD qualified is beneficial
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with HR and recruitment software would be beneficial
