Next Employment Ltd is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic team in London. As a key member of the HR department, you will provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees, ensuring the delivery of best practices and compliance with employment law.

The Role

You will be responsible for completing Employee Relations processes, including Disciplinary Procedures, Performance Improvement Plans, and HR letter template updates. Additionally, you will participate in projects and HR activities as directed by the HR Business Partners, Payroll Manager, and CHRO. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, along with the ability to establish and develop strong relationships with employees at all levels.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced HR environment with excellent attention to detail
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic and flexible approach with a 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Graduate or equivalent and commitment to studying CIPD if not already obtained
