We are seeking a skilled Contract Launch Associate to join our team at NHS Supply Chain. This Project Management Office role will leverage your administration, organisation, data maintenance and reporting skills to support the provision of accurate and timely information for contract renewals.

This role involves setting agendas and producing formal minutes for key cross-programme status meetings, consolidating contract launch project updates from the team, and maintaining and issuing a log of in-flight contract launches.

The ideal candidate will have experience in agenda setting and meeting management, production of formal meeting minutes and actions, proficiency in MS Excel with pivot tables for data analysis, tight deadline management and accuracy, good organisation and planning skills, proactivity in process improvement, and experience working with stakeholders and in Project Management Office environments.

As a Contract Launch Associate, you will be responsible for managing the Contract Launch Team Mail Box and maintaining the Contract Launch data library of information for reference and audit purposes. You will also produce key contract launch performance metrics and reports on contract launch status.

Requirements:
  • Experience in agenda setting and meeting management

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a talented team, with a salary range of £24,759 - £27,510 over three years.
