Project Management Office Administrator

CV-Library is a leading job search platform that connects job seekers with employers. We are seeking a skilled Contract Launch Associate to join our established Contract Launch Project Team.
This Project Management Office role will involve leveraging your administration, organisation, data maintenance and reporting skills to support the provision of accurate and timely information for contract renewals. You will set agendas and produce formal minutes for key cross-programme status meetings, consolidate contract launch project updates from the team, and maintain and issue a log of in-flight contract launches.
The ideal candidate will have experience in agenda setting and meeting management, production of formal meeting minutes and actions, proficiency in MS Excel with pivot tables for data analysis, tight deadline management and accuracy, good organisation and planning skills, proactivity in process improvement, and experience working with stakeholders and in Project Management Office environments.
Job Description:- Manage the Contract Launch Team Mail Box and maintain the Contract Launch data library of information for reference and audit purposes
- Produce key contract launch performance metrics and reports on contract launch status
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
