Audit and Accounts Senior Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit and Accounts Senior to join our team in Banbury. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality audit, accounting, and related client services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead audit assignments and ensure timely completion
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and business tax computations
  • Assist clients with bookkeeping and other business-related matters
  • Monitor quality of performance and time costs
  • Record chargeable time and enable maximum recoveries
  • Attend relevant courses and training sessions
  • Deliver ad hoc projects and assignments
  • Identify areas for additional services and advice
  • Undertake bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and management accounts preparation
  • Liaise with clients to obtain relevant information
  • Provide support to trainees through on-the-job coaching
Requirements:
  • ACA / ACCA fully or part-qualified, or AAT qualified
  • Experience of preparing accounts and related business tax computations within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Live within commuting distance of Banbury
  • UK Driving Licence and access to vehicle
