Corporate Services Audit Manager Position

Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their corporate services team in Banbury. This is a hybrid position that offers a unique blend of client management and practice development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service to corporate and NFP clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of audit and accounts preparation services.
  • Review and finalize audit files, accounts, and corporation tax work prepared by junior staff, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Complete staff appraisal forms, providing constructive feedback and training as required to support team development.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to review and complete audit and accounts files efficiently, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Strong marketing, networking, and business development skills to drive practice growth.
  • Pro-active management skills, resulting in high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of audit and accounts preparation, preferably in the NFP sector.
  • ACA or ACCA qualification or QBE, with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in an audit environment.
