Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hairdressing &/Or Barbering Tutor to join our team at Reflectionshair in Bristol. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hairdressing, enjoy training young people, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support and assess learners at Hairdressing or Barbering Foundation level with competency.
  • Work closely with employers and learners to enhance training quality.
  • Provide full support to ensure high-quality training and adherence to industry standards.
  • Help young people develop essential career skills through engaging workshops and sessions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of up-to-date training standards.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and high personal presentation.
  • Must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel.

Position Details

This part-time position is ideally suited for Wednesday to Friday, with a starting salary of up to £25,000 pro rata, dependent on experience.
