Job Overview

As a Professional Hairdresser Trainer at Reflectionshair, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of hairdressers and barbers.

About the Position:

  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to learners, helping them develop essential skills and knowledge in the hairdressing and barbering industry.
  • You will work closely with learners and employers to enhance training quality, providing full support and guidance throughout the learning process.
  • As a trainer, you will be expected to demonstrate advanced level, up-to-date standards in training, ensuring that learners receive the best possible education.
  • You will also be required to track learner progress, set targets, and ensure timely assessments and training within the workplace.

Requirements:

  • A passion for teaching and training in the hairdressing and barbering industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners and employers.
  • A creative and confident approach to teaching, with a flexible and motivating style.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Working Hours and Salary:
