We are seeking an experienced Barbering Education Specialist to join our team at Reflectionshair in Bristol.

About the Job:

• Deliver high-quality training to learners, focusing on hairdressing and barbering techniques.
• Work closely with learners and employers to enhance training quality, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Develop and implement innovative training programs, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in teaching and training in the hairdressing and barbering industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners and employers.
• A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with a focus on delivering high-quality training.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• A driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Working Hours and Salary:

Part-Time - Ideally Wednesday to Friday, Up to £25,000 pro rata, dependent on experience.
