We are a nurturing school community in Oxford, seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging and supportive learning environments that foster the growth and development of our pupils.

This permanent, full-time role is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers or ECTs who are passionate about teaching and learning. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of raising standards and attainment, with a commitment to innovative teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum-aligned activities
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and achievement

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
  • Previous experience working in a primary school setting, preferably as a KS1 Teacher
  • A good sense of humour and ability to relate effectively with young people and staff
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards teaching and learning
  • Possession of a passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being
