Salary Range: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum

Job Overview:

The AML Risk Management Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the national Compliance team by providing critical day-to-day operational support.

This involves working closely with the wider Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to maintain independence when evaluating new services for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative assistance to the International Independence Team
  2. Maintain the InTrust system and manage users
  3. Acknowledge receipt of InTrust notifications and check details for accuracy
  4. Edit and remove entities from InTrust
  5. Liaise with service line teams to resolve queries
  6. Answer ad hoc queries about InTrust procedures
  7. Support logging and processing of inbound conflict checks from the RSM Network
  8. Assist with ad hoc project work throughout the year

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in managing database records and liaising with stakeholders, strong levels of accuracy and attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach with excellent team working abilities.

You will also need to be well-organised, driven, and enthusiastic, with a quick learning ability and excellent problem-solving skills.
