Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on the details and complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Ensure all areas of an office, including kitchens, toilets, and communal areas, are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
  • Replenish stock and consumables, such as toilet tissue and hand gels, to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Act as a champion of health and safety practices, reporting any near misses to ensure the well-being of colleagues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, but not essential. Our comprehensive training program will ensure you are fully equipped to handle all aspects of health and safety.
