We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in London, UK. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your financial planning and analysis expertise to drive business growth and success at PlayStation.

About the Role:

  • Deliver accurate financial plans, forecasts, and budget reviews to support global marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and track global marketing team budgets, ensuring data integrity and variance explanations.
  • Lead monthly meetings with marketing budget owners to ensure forecasts and actuals align with key submission deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit rolling forecasts into various planning tool systems within tight deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain efficient workflows and processes to minimize complexities and promote effective business planning operations.
  • Provide clear guidelines on accounting policies and principles to non-financial teams, driving consistent and robust reporting.
  • Liaise with Accounting, Vendor Management, and Accounts Payable Teams to ensure timely delivery of month-end reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Finance Analyst with expertise in financial planning and analysis.
  • Familiarity with global finance practices and procedures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other planning tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly master new information systems and applications.
