The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in providing analysis of and commentary on business performance, including reporting to the Group Board.
  • A track record of partnering with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive profitability and operational efficiency.
  • A history of supporting CFOs and Group Finance Directors in strategic planning efforts, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and business development initiatives.
  • The ability to develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance analysis.
  • Experience working with global shared services centers to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and improve service delivery.

Requirements include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or MBA/ relevant professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CA, CIMA).
  • The ability to articulate financial concepts to a wide and diverse group of stakeholders.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in group financial planning and analysis in a multinational environment, ideally for a listed corporate.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

The estimated salary for this position is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
