About the Role

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Crisis Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Crisis Resolution Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing urgent and emergency triage, advice, and assessment for individuals in mental health crisis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide highly skilled nursing care, including full mental health assessment, care planning, and care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the crisis house to lead on care for admissions as a service.
  • Facilitate early discharge from inpatient wards where clinically indicated.
  • Deliver home-based treatment interventions for all clients, ensuring best practice is implemented.
