Job Title: Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service.
  • Manage estimating and cost planning activities, including taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan.
  • Ensure that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively.
  • Lead a cost management team, ensuring that they deliver on all accountabilities.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients.
  • Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work with Directors to construct bids for new work.
  • Identify and act upon opportunities to improve cost management procedures, templates, and products.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working on major infrastructure projects, preferably in the rail sector.
  • Preferably MRICS qualified.
  • NEC3 contracts experience, particularly Option C – Target Cost.
  • Post-contract administration experience.
  • Experience of working on major programmes and projects.
  • Experience of working in the infrastructure sector, including rail, air, power, and highways.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams.
