We are seeking an Insight and Analytics Specialist to join our Insight team at Good Growth Limited. The ideal candidate will have excellent mathematical and scientific skills, with a passion for digital, mathematics or the sciences.

The successful candidate will work across a portfolio of client accounts, combining performance analytics, customer insight, and experimentation to deliver commercial impact. They will also support our experimentation programmes, ensuring sufficient velocity of testing, quality of thinking, scale of impact, and client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about mathematics, science, and technology, with a degree in a mathematics or scientific discipline. You will also need to be a team player and confident communicator, available for travel and to be in our office at least once per week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Combining performance analytics, customer insight, and experimentation to deliver commercial impact
  • Supporting experimentation programmes to ensure sufficient velocity of testing, quality of thinking, scale of impact, and client satisfaction
  • Delivering analysis and validation of commercial impacts generated
