As a Senior Cell Processing Specialist at ECM Selection (Holdings) Limited, you will be working in a lab-based cell processing role within the automation industry sector. Based onsite at our labs and offices, you will be part of a multidisciplinary scientific and engineering team.

The role is dynamic, and projects can be fast-paced while under regulatory constraints. You will work closely with key customers and ensure that projects adhere to quality and biosafety policies.

We are looking for a PhD (preferred) or MSc in biochemistry, immunology, bioprocessing engineering or similar, with demonstrable experience in an industrial R&D environment working on scalable cell biological applications.

Specific project experience with CAR-T process development for cell therapy with a focus in medtech manufacture is required.

Your colleagues will be both scientific experts as well as non-scientific engineers. Our offices and labs are set in a scenic green space, with ample parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cell processing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
