At 4Recruitment Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Payscale and Perks Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative pay and reward solutions that drive business success.
Job Purpose:
- To develop and implement comprehensive pay and benefit strategies that align with our organizational goals.
- To provide expert advice on pay and benefits-related matters to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
- To collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of pay and reward solutions.
Essential Requirements:
- CIPD professional membership (Level 5 and above) or equivalent experience.
- Detailed knowledge of employment law and equalities legislation.
- Strong pay and reward experience, including diversity and inclusion expertise.
- Able to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: £26.85ph.
