About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician - Automation, you will play a critical role in delivering pre-planned and reactive maintenance within our state-of-the-art automated CFC in Erith. You will diagnose equipment breakdowns, resolve issues in a timely manner, and complete repairs where possible.
You will be responsible for handling our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), maintaining accurate data records to meet engineering key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also support the engineering team in analyzing engineering failures and finding solutions to improve mechanical handling equipment performance.
About You

We are seeking an organized and meticulous individual with a natural problem-solving ability and great analytical skills. You should have a good technical understanding of automation hardware and software, as well as a working knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and conveyor systems.
