About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ocado Group. As an integral part of our Engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering pre-planned and reactive maintenance within our state-of-the-art automated Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs).

Working at height and using a variety of access equipment, you will diagnose equipment breakdowns and resolve issues in a timely manner, completing repairs where possible. You will handle the Computerised Maintenance Management System, maintaining accurate data records to meet Engineering KPIs.

You will support the Engineering team in analysing engineering failures and finding solutions to improve Mechanical Handling Equipment performance.

About You

We are looking for a highly organised and meticulous individual with a natural problem-solving ability and great analytical skills. You should have a good technical understanding of automation hardware and software, along with a working knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and conveyor systems.

You will be comfortable working safely at height and happy to work on a day shift pattern.
