Job Title: Behaviour Support Specialist for Children and Young People

Job Summary: Empowering Learning is seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to work with a primary school in Leeds, providing support to students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism.
Help students with daily tasks, such as personal care and hygiene.
Support students in their academic and social development.
Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
