About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our client's successful architectural practice in Cambridge. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Oversee the work of junior architects and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the company through innovative ideas and solutions
Requirements
  • ARB registered
  • Several years of post-Part Three qualification experience in the UK
  • Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software
  • Strong portfolio of residential and retail projects
  • Thorough knowledge of current building regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
