Project Architect Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our team in Cambridge. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of architects, engineers, and other project team members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, designs, and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • ARB registered.
  • Several years of post-Part Three qualification experience in the UK.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Strong portfolio across a mix of projects and scales.
  • Thorough knowledge of current building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
