Project Architect Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our team in Cambridge. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee the work of junior architects and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest building regulations, technologies, and design trends to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • ARB registered and several years of post-Part Three qualification experience in the UK.
  • Proficiency in Revit and strong portfolio across a mix of projects and scales.
  • Thorough knowledge of current building regulations and ability to attend and input to site meetings.
  • Strong technical ability, with experience in delivering drawings across the RIBA stages.
  • Confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Driven with professional development and up-to-date with the latest technologies and designs.
  • Passionate about incorporating sustainable design principles and committed to delivering high-quality projects.
