Project Architect Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our team in Cambridge. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • ARB registered
  • Several years of post Part Three qualification experience in the UK
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Strong portfolio across a mix of projects and scales
  • Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical ability and attention to detail
