As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality administrative and secretarial services to patients throughout their healthcare journey.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Patient Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • welcoming patients in a professional and courteous manner, coordinating their arrival and departure;
  • dealing with telephone and direct enquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication;
  • booking clinically validated appointments on the internal system;
  • ensuring all payments are invoiced promptly and accurately;
  • tracking and distributing imaging data and reports as required;
  • utilizing relevant IT systems to support the delivery of a high-quality imaging service;
  • assisting with monthly reports;
  • complying with ISO standards and respecting patient confidentiality;
  • reporting incidents, feedback, or complaints effectively;
  • ensuring patient and customer focus is central to the commercial success of the business.
