Job Title: Electronics Trainer

Babcock International Group is working to create a safe and secure world, together. As a Controls Electronic Engineer Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training in Electronic Control systems.

The Role

As a Controls Electronic Engineer Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions in Electronic Control systems. You will work closely with Defence College of Technical Training to ensure that lesson plans and training sessions are developed in accordance with approved training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions in Electronic Control systems.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to trainees to support their learning experience.
  • Ensure trainee development through monitoring, feedback, and appraisal.
  • Assess trainees through written examinations and practical assessments.
  • Mark examination papers.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Qualified academically or vocationally to a minimum of Level 3 in relevant subject matter.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain SC security clearance.
