Job Title: Electronics Trainer

At Babcock International Group, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As a Controls Electronic Engineer Trainer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

Day-to-day, you'll deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training in Electronic Control systems on behalf of Defence College of Technical Training. No prior training experience is required as we will look to develop you into the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that lesson plans and training sessions are developed in accordance with the approved training.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring of trainees to best support their learning experience.
  • Ensure trainee development through monitoring, feedback appraisal, and ensuring all supporting documentation is maintained.
  • Assessment of trainees to include written examination and practical assessments.
  • Marking of examination papers.

This role is a full-time permanent position.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified academically or vocationally to a minimum of Level 3 in relevant subject matter.

Security Clearance:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain SC security clearance for this role.
