We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an Aspiring Psychologist - Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team at Academics Ltd in Newbury, West Berkshire. As a key member of our staff, you will contribute to the development of our students' cognitive, behavioural, and emotional well-being.

With a strong emphasis on restorative practices, positive reinforcement, and SEMH support, you will work closely with experienced educators to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences. This rewarding role involves tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each student, applying psychological theories in a practical classroom setting, and fostering a secure, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.

To succeed in this role, you will require experience working with Autism in any setting, confidence to work with challenging behaviour, and strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE's in Maths and English - C or above). Team teach training or similar is also highly desirable. If you possess good communication skills and a passion for psychology, we encourage you to apply.
