Job Title: Apprentice Building/Quantity SurveyorJob Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Quantity Surveyors in preparing budgets, processing payments, and creating sub-contract orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in preparing draft budgets and site start budgets for projects assigned to Quantity Surveyors.
  • Payment Processing: Process sub-contract payments and final accounts, ensuring they are signed off by sub-contractors.
  • Sub-Contract Orders: Create sub-contract orders, ensuring they are authorized and include necessary documentation to comply with Group Commercial Policy.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Performed a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Certifications: Current CSCS card or equivalent desirable.
  • Skills: Keen interest in construction, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent attention to detail, and IT literacy.
  • Personal Qualities: Committed to diversity and inclusion.
What We Offer:
