Construction Manager

We are currently hiring for a Site Agent with experience working on utility, deep drainage or water projects in Warwickshire. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to completion and handover.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects to meet deadlines and budgets
- Manage site staff, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor and control site costs, including materials and labor expenses
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental best practices
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate project progress
Requirements:
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Engineering background, preferably in civil engineering, with relevant certifications (e.g., HNC/HND)
- PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: CSCS Black Card (NVQ Level 6), SMSTS, First Aid, NRSWA, Temporary Works Co-ordinator, and Confined Space Training
