Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our residential sales team in Romford. As a Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, agreeing sales, and progressing them through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
