We are seeking a skilled Luxury Vehicle Sales Professional to join our team at one of our prestigious clients based in Romford.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets for new and used vehicles, driving revenue growth and exceeding customer expectations.
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers, communicating effectively to deliver exceptional service and ensure loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of manufacturer vehicles, staying up-to-date with product offerings and specifications.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the motor trade, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to follow a structured sales process, identifying opportunities and converting leads into sales.
  • Experience in prospecting and data recording, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence, ensuring flexibility and mobility in the role.
Benefits:
