We are seeking a talented and experienced Programmatic Advertising Specialist to join our team at Realtime Agency, a global, full-funnel advertising agency that specializes in a unique, performance-led approach to campaign strategy.
As a Programmatic Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for working on some of our biggest accounts, including multi-billion dollar companies and household brands. You will oversee the implementation of state-of-the-art digital strategies alongside experts in Social, Search, Affiliate, and SEO.
Your analysis and recommendations will directly support product decisions towards our optimisation strategy. You will be proactive, eager, and possess strong self-motivated qualities.
You will work in our specialist Programmatic team, with a specific focus on existing web journeys to help solve our business problems and ultimately improve the customer experience.
You will be ambitious, data-driven, and hungry to test the limits of our advertising platforms, while never failing to be Big hearted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present effectively at client meetings, providing clear and accurate performance insights and recommendations.
- Implement best practice optimisation processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached for both KPIs and budget delivery.
- Collect & analyse data, and identify trends & insights to maximise performance efficiency.
- Manage client communications within key accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and present accurate and valuable performance insights and recommendations at regular client meetings.
- Responsible for driving new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns and executing tests
- Maintain bulletproof organisation of client spend, budgets, naming conventions, and account structure.
- Work closely with other internal teams, such as reporting, to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
- Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging or Google Analytics).
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Well-organised and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
