About the Role
The Skyline Group of Companies in Windsor, ON is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee daily operations and provide exceptional customer service to tenants. This live-in, full-time position requires a meticulous individual with a passion for property management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage tenant relationships, office administration, rent collection, expense management, and organize events.
  2. Provide top-notch customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries and showing units.
  3. Regularly clean common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning of halls, air vents, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, landings, entrances, elevators, laundry room, and office area.
  4. Contribute to operational excellence by completing tasks within company standards and adhering to provincial legislation.

Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  2. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  4. Exceptional cleaning skills are required.
  5. General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is an asset.
  6. Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push, and pull, as well as go up and down stairs.
  7. Five years of related work experience are required.
  8. Proficiency in PC skills (Word, Excel, email, etc.) is necessary.
  9. Previous experience in property management, renting apartments, and interacting with tenants is required.
  10. Knowledge of applicable legislation respecting residential tenancies and the rights and obligations of landlords and tenants is an asset.
