Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Management: Process and manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all dealings.
  • Financial Administration: Calculate and verify real estate commissions and invoicing with precision, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Communication and Coordination: Liaise with real estate agents, brokerages, law firms, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the transaction process.

Requirements

  • Real Estate Experience: Mandatory prior experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of Ontario real estate forms and processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with industry software such as Lone Wolf or EZ MAX.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to maintain organized records for accounting and transaction purposes.
