Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Operations Business Analyst to drive the execution of key operational information collection from multiple sources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process mapping to various levels of detail via standard toolsets, identifying key stakeholders and creating engagement packs with required question sets and collateral.

The successful candidate will work to target delivery dates and highlight potential blockers and issues, planning and leading workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements, operational information and business process. They will apply logic and formal methodologies, analysing existing process documentation to highlight gaps and issues that require rework during workshop engagements.

Requirements
  • Business process management/modelling experience
  • Understanding of use case definition/modelling
  • Demonstrable experience analysing, documenting, understanding and presenting information
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience at all levels
