Quality Improvement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at Children's Hearings Scotland. As a key member of our Quality team, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring we deliver effective and high-quality tribunals across Scotland.
As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will work closely with our Quality Manager to support the delivery of our ambitious Quality strategy. You will be responsible for gathering and communicating evidence and data to inform our quality improvement initiatives, and for working collaboratively with colleagues to shape practice and policy.
You will have a track record of delivering evidence-informed projects or services, and be ambitious about achieving excellence. You will have excellent communication skills, and be able to build collaborative relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and communicating evidence and data to inform quality improvement initiatives
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to shape practice and policy
- Supporting the delivery of our Quality strategy
- Building collaborative relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
